These terms apply to bohvetted.com. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not, do not use the site.

Nothing on this site is legal advice, a professional inspection, or a recommendation of any company. Listings are alphabetical. A licensed badge means a government published the licence we named — nothing more.

Your inspector, your insurer and your own counsel are the authorities that matter in your kitchen. If they and this page disagree, they win.

We cite the regulation we read and the date we read it. Registries change. Websites go down. A listing can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. We correct errors when we learn of them. Write to us if you find one.

Company names are stored as the source published them. We do not invent reviews, ratings, or rankings, and we do not sell placement.

You may read the pages, follow the citations, and use the directory to find a vendor. You may not:

• scrape the site in a way that degrades it for other readers
• republish our pages as if they were yours
• misrepresent a listing, a citation, or a badge
• attempt to break or overload the service

The words on this site, the selection of citations, and the way listings are assembled are ours. The underlying statutes and registry rows belong to the governments that published them.

The site is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it is complete, current, or fit for a particular decision. To the extent the law allows, BOHVetted is not liable for loss that comes from using, or not being able to use, this site — including choosing or not choosing a listed company.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a court strikes one clause, the rest still apply.
